Our Mission
Roads to Hope is a non-profit humanitarian organization devoted to helping those traumatized around the world by man made (war, terrorism, etc) and natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, etc.). We are committed to helping the whole person, addressing the spiritual, emotional and physical aftereffects of the traumas. To help facilitate this, Roads to Hope will encourage the scientific study of trauma, the education of the effects of trauma and the treatment of those traumatized. We welcome the involvement of students and professionals in the fields of counseling, psychology, social work, medicine and pastoral ministry.
International Trauma Services
Roads To Hope was created in April 2010 as a nonprofit humanitarian organization to help remove the physical, emotional and spiritual barriers of trauma around the world. Dr. George F. Rhoades, Jr. has been involved in international trauma counseling trainings beginning in 1991 in South Korea. Today, Roads To Hope continues to build relationship with the over 26 countries served and will respond to future disasters as needed.
